non è male

ho cominciato a fumare quando avevo 17 anni (ora ne ho quasi 40). ho provato a smettere di fumare con questa applicazione due volte! la prima volta sono riuscito di non fumare per quasi un mese dopo però per un problema che è accaduto per la mia moglie, ho cominciato di fumare. oggi è la seconda volta che la provo. secondo me un buon applicazione che ti aiuta a smettere passo a passo. ci sono informazioni utili come; cosa fai quando hai tanta voglia di fumare ed o fare Meditation e dire a se stesso No Another Puff, no matter what!

Aiuta molto

Mi ha fatto capire da subito quali siano i rischi effettivi del fumare, e vedere la mia salute migliorare di giorno in giorno è un buon punto di partenza per aiutarmi a smettere. Per non parlare del conto automatico dei soldi non spesi!

Super helpful and funny

It is almost 5 months and half and no more cravings so far. The app works fine and it sending notifications to cheer you up and reminds what you have to achieved. It becomes a challenge with yourself . You wants to see all the dashboards green ! I love the videos after a missions . Funny You still have to put your intentions... it is a support. I do not agree to use substitutes at cigarettes since they do not help with changing habits and associations so i would add more physical activity as goal and missions

I’m actually using the free version and I find it very helpful. I’ve tried quitting smoking with other solutions, but this one is the best so far. Every time I’m in need to App I read the progression I’m making or the suggestions the app gives me and it motivates me more. There is even an option where people can see what they are saving, in terms of money and health, by not smoking. In the end I really suggest this app.
